Cupa Days

Each year, the Cupa Cultural Center sponsors "Cupa Days". This free two-day event is set aside to commemorate the forced relocation of the Cupeno people in 1903 from their original homeland near Warner Springs. A distance of about 40 miles east of Pala.

This alcohol free event is a great place to learn about native traditions and the culture of the Cupa people. Bring the entire family and enjoy the ceremonies, entertainment, games, and the chance to purchase authentic native American crafts.

For more information, contact the Cupa Cultural Center at (760) 742-1590.
